Questions and queries before embarking on your family holiday? We have the answers!

  • Where exactly are you? In Torre Pedrera, a very peaceful area of Rimini close to the sea, with precisely 30 metres between our gate and the sandy beach.
  • Are you a resort or a hotel? We offer an All Inclusive®Open Bar Club Family package: just like at a holiday resort, everything is included in your stay, but you can also enjoy the exclusive and personalised services of a family hotel.
  • What entertainment do you offer? Entertainment with Mini Club (4-8 years), Junior Club (9-12 years) and Teen Club (13-17 years) at the hotel and on the beach 7 days a week.
  • What if our children need a doctor? Completely free paediatric consultation at the hotel during set times (Monday to Friday), on request, for all mums wanting peace of mind even when on holiday.
  • Are drinks included? They are included all day and always unlimited, even outside of main mealtimes.
  • Where do we collect Dina the snack-o-saurus? When heading to the beach, every morning between 9am and 10am, you can collect your snack from our entertainers and take it to the seaside.
  • Is it possible to prepare baby food and what do you provide? A special area, open 24 hours every day, where you can find vegetable and meat broth and vegetable purée (with no salt) made especially for weaning babies.
  • Do you have a pool and is it heated? We have two sunny pools heated to a minimum temperature of 25°, a half-Olympic one and a shallow one with baby waterslide.
  • What are your rooms like? In this hotel, too, you can choose between a variety of room types to meet your family’s needs in terms of space and comfort.
  • Is there WiFi? Yes, free of charge, everywhere: password available at reception.
  • Do you provide bikes? We offer bikes with child seats and helmets
  • How does parking work? We have several spaces outside the entrance and a large hotel front area where our guests can conveniently park their vehicles.
  • What if we’re unable to come on holiday for some reason? If you cancel at least 15 days before arrival, we will refund the entire amount paid. For cancellations made later, we will retain the deposit and return the rest of the payment.
  • Are free tickets to Mirabilandia included in the holiday? Yes, absolutely! Free entry to the Mirabilandia theme park and Mirabeach water park are included for all members of all families staying a minimum of 6 nights.
